Ordered food will be delivered to customer’s table by a programmed train. So for nowhere else in India any restaurant / Hotel is having this type of facility. This concept is totally based and works on software.

A waiter less delivery on customer’s table

  • Basic Module
  • A waiter will take an order from the customer personally and pass it on to the kitchen. After order is ready in the kitchen for delivery, the items will be loaded on the train, and will be clicked for the particular table no. for delivery. The train will start and reach to the specified table. Customer will unload their ordered items and press a button for the empty – train back to the kitchen.

  • Advance Module
  • Every table will be fitted with a tablet which can be connected to the reception / billing table / counter with Wi-Fi / Bluetooth. Tablet will display the menu with rates. Customers have a choice to select the items from the menu and press OK. Respective counter will get the order and the same will be forward to the kitchen automatically. Rest of the work will be the same as in basic module. Tablet can also provide the information about the status of their order.

We use only large scale train for this concept (Only from USA or Germany). Customers are having full choice to select the type of locomotive / s from Steam, Diesel or Electric locomotives. Principally all the locomotives are running with electricity only, but there look / shape and mechanically working will be the same as the type of locomotive in original. Wagon we customize and alter the design based on requirement. Number of trains can vary with nos. of rows and tables. Wagons will be design for liquid and solid accordingly.
Train is such a beautiful item, that every one likes that. More over when food is delivered by the train, it will not only be an excitement but also an entertainment too, especially for children.
To give special look, interior plays an important role to the ambience along with the trains. This concept can attract many young and old consumers to enjoy the food and cherish the place with fond memories.
